进入高原后人体体液免疫功能状态的观测 被引量:4

摘要 为观察人进入高原后机体体液免疫力的改变,本文检测了健康人群(n=33)由海拔2260m进入海拔4800m前后血清Ig(IgG、IgA、IgM)、C_3、CH_(50)及ERFC水平的变化。结果表明,进入高原后早期人体体液免疫指标无明显改变;对应用缺氧代偿率区别出来的3个不同适应水平组群进行比较,其免疫指标也无显著性差异。由此提示,人进入高原后早期体液免疫功能无障碍。 In order to observe the changes of humoral immunity state in the human body after ascending highland, immunoglobin (IgG,IgA,IgM),C3,CH50 in serum and ERFC for 33 health men were examined before and after ascending highland at elevation of 4800m from 2260m. The results showed that humoral immunity index do not change significantly, their adaptation level to the highland could be divided into three groups according to measurement of compensatory rate on hypoxia and the comparison result of three groups showed that the humoral immunity indexes was not remarkably different. It is suggested that the humoral immunity function did not disorder in the early stage of ascending the highland.
