红钢1350m^3高炉品位劣化下的强化生产实践

摘要 对红钢1350m3高炉入炉品位低于49.0%的中钛渣冶炼生产实践进行总结和分析。通过提升炼铁生产综合管理水平和操作技术进步,在强化原燃料质量管理、设备管理、炉体炉型维护管理、生产组织效率基础上优化高炉操作制度,在渣比超过630kg/t条件下实现高炉长周期稳定顺行,利用系数保持2.350t/m3·d以上,同时也实现了本地资源配置合理化。 The smelting practice of medium titanium slag was summarized and analyzed that 1 350 m3 BF entrance grade is lower than 49.0% at Honggang. Through promoting the management level of ironmaking and the progress of operative technique, BF operation system was optimized based on strengthening raw material and fuel quality management, equipment management, furnace body and type maintenance management, production organization efficiency, which realized that the BF runs smoothly in long period under the condition of slag ration is higher than 630 kg/t and productitive remains 2.350 m3/t~ d, meanwhile the rational allocation of resources were realized.
