摘要
针对影响板坯连铸机中间包滑动机构使用寿命的因素进行分析，通过控制滑动机构的变形、磨损和减少中间包下水口穿钢等措施，提高了滑动机构的使用寿命，降低了生产成本，节约备件费用，取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
The service life influencing factors to tundish sliding mechanism of slab caster were analyzed. Through controlling the deformation, wear of sliding mechanism, decreasing the damage of bottom nozzle and other measures, the service life of sliding mechanism was increased, thereupon the cost of production and spare parts were reduced, which achieved good economic and social benefits.
