摘要
选用沙棘杂雄优1号,选用5种植物生长调节剂(ABT、GGR、NAA、IBA、HSR)进行了正交试验,比较不同浓度生长调节剂、不同扦插基质厚度、不同插穗长度对沙棘微枝扦插成活率的影响,筛选出大田生产条件下沙棘微枝扦插最适条件,找出生产上最佳的组合方案。试验表明三叶三芽插穗在400mg/L的生长调节剂中处理后微枝扦插表现最好;NAA处理的插穗在厚度为8cm的沙层微枝扦插表现最好,其余生长调节剂处理的插穗微枝扦插表现最佳沙层厚度为5cm。
In this experiment, zaxiongyouyi seabuckthorn was selected to have a orthogonal test with five plant growth regulator(ABT, GGR, NAA, IBA, HSR), comparing different concentrations of growth regulators, cutting matrix of different thicknesses and different length of cuttings on seabuckthorn survival of micro-tender cuttings, the aims was to select the optimal conditions of micro-tender cutting propagation and to find out the best combination of program in seedlings production. Experimental result showed that the cuttings with three leafs and three buds at 400mg/L of growth regulators have best performance; NAA treated cuttings at 8cm of sand layer thickness have best performance, and the other's growth regulators treated micro-cuttings have best performance at 5cm of sand layer thickness.
