福州市区6所幼儿园日托幼儿营养调查及评价

A Nutritional Surveys on the Children at Six Urban Day care Kindergartens in Fuzhou

[目的 ]了解福州市区日托幼儿膳食和健康状况。 [方法 ]随机整群抽取市区 6所幼儿园日托幼儿 12 90名进行膳食调查和体检。 [结果 ]不同年龄组幼儿在园的午餐和点心中的各营养素摄入量除钙、Vit A外 ,均超过 RDA标准的 40 % (钙占 2 8.4%、Vit A占 33.8% ) ;6所幼儿园中除 2所部分营养素供给不平衡外 ,膳食结构均比较合理 ;营养不良和营养过剩发生率分别为 3.0 %和 2 6 .3% ,贫血率为 12 .4%。 [结论 ]福州市区日托幼儿在园营养状况良好 ,但要注意提高钙和 Vit A的摄入量。营养过剩问题应引起家长、学校和社会的关注。

Objective] To evaluate the nutrition and health status of children at urban day care kindergarten in Fuzhou [Methods] 1290 children aged 3 7 in 6 day care kindergartens were investigated Their dietary and anthropometric data were collected and analyzed Iron levels in blood were detected [Results] Almost all nutrients intakes (except calcium and vitamin A) were more than 40% of RDA Dietary pattern and distribution of energy and nutrients in meals were reasonable The prevalence of malnutrition was 3 0% while the percentage of the overweight childrenwas 26 3% [Conclusion] The nutrition status of children at urban day care kindergartens was good Dietary pattern was reasonable However foods rich in calcium and vitamin A should be provided The obesity problem should be concerned
