German vocational education is in a leading position in the world.Through the study of the German vocational education model and analysis of the characteristics of German vocational education,this paper puts forward that we should learn from the successful experience of German vocational education,combine the national conditions of our country to speed up the development of higher vocational education,introduce the scientific school-running idea,advanced management mode and the mode of training,improve the quality of education,and form our own advantages and characteristics of school-running.
