综述近几年来应用 B超诊断儿童甲状腺肿的方法及测量值研究进展。用 B超测量甲状腺体积是一种精确、客观、且安全、无创伤性的方法。目前 ,我国 8～ 10岁碘充足儿童甲状腺体积正常值均低于 WHO/ICCIDD推荐的正常值。因此 ,WHO/ICCIDD推荐的儿童甲状腺体积正常值对中国儿童并不适用 ,有必要重新建立按年龄和体表面积分组的碘充足的中国儿童甲状腺体积正常值。
