社会转型期大学生职业心理适应能力现状分析

当前,大学生就业难仍然是社会的热点问题。大学生就业难更多体现在个体职业心理适应能力不强,不能迎合当前社会发展需求。针对存在的问题,应进一步转变观念,切实改进就业指导工作,深化教育教学改革,增强学生的社会适应能力。

At present,the employment difficulty of college students is still the hot issues of the society.The employment difficulty of college students more embodies in that their individual occupational adaptive ability is not strong and can not meet the demand of social development.In view of the existing problems,we should further change ideas,improve employment guidance,deepen the reform of education and teaching,and strengthen students＇ social adaptation ability.
