美国加州教师表现性评价系统(PACT)探析 被引量:4

摘要 美国加州教师表现性评价系统(PACT)是一个针对小学职前教师开展的评价系统。凡申请加州多学科和单学科小学教师资格证者必须通过该评价项目的考核。加州教师表现性评价系统包括嵌入式的表现性评价(由各个教师教育项目实施),以及总结性的"教学事件"表现性评价(对全州职前教师的要求都是一样的)。其中,教学事件评价的基本架构包括六个方面的要素:学习情境、计划、教学、评价、反思、学术性语言。其评分机制是根据与之对应的十二个量规进行的,并有相应的通过标准和补救办法。该评价系统显现了基于标准、基于证据、质性综合的特征,可以作为我国职前教师教育改革的参考。
