高职院校继续教育可持续发展探究

On Sustainable Development of Continuing Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校继续教育存在教学资源紧缺、生源下降、人才培养能力受限、评价体系缺失等一系列问题。明确办学目标,完善管理与评价体制,推动资源共享,高校之间实现优势互补,充分利用企业和社会的资源,围绕终身教育体系要求共建"学习型"社会等是促进高校继续教育健康持续发展的有效策略。

Engaged in continuing education for ten years, the author presents views on various problems concerned with higher vocational colleges＇ continuing education, such as teaching resource shortage, enrollment decrease, talent training limitation, and evaluation system lack. In order to achieve functional and long -time development, higher vocational colleges should conform to requirements of lifelong education system and establish learning -oriented society by specifying education aims, perfecting management and evaluation system, promoting complementary resources sharing among their counterparts, and making full use of resources from enterprises and society.
