Classroom teaching effectiveness in secondary vocational schools originated from the effective teaching theory in western educational scientific campaign during the first half of 20th century, an important project in vocational education study, from which the tasklist-oriented lead-in, an original curriculum reform mode, was derived. That valuable mode proposes, in mathematics teaching, effective teaching measures and passionate and effective class, which are both students＇ needs and teachers＇ duties.
