摘要
如何借助科技创新项目载体,提升大型企业核心竞争力是现代企业科技管理面临的挑战。针对现代大型企业科技创新项目管理,以神华大型能源企业为例,分析了企业科技创新的特点、科技创新项目管理及存在的主要问题,提出了科技创新项目实施大平台、小核心与大协作的创新模式,以及项目负责人双轨制、信息交流平台和集成应用等提高科技创新效率的机制与方法,对推进科技创新成果产业化,提高现代产业集群型企业的科技竞争力,具有重要借鉴意义。
Taking Shendong modern super-large face as a case, the paper focus on the high-precision detecting system for study of impacts on the groundwater and eco-environment in "Energy Golden Triangle" of west China. The system, composed by the 4-D Seismic Method, Geo-Radar, Electrical Method, is designed along the face and surveyed during all stage, including pre-mining, during-mining, post-mining and stable period. It is first that the spatial distribution of groundwater resources and the validity of the system were discussed, based on created 4-D multi-attribute data body available to seepage micro-seepage with the vertical multi-layered structure, is established and self-repair capacity with layered increasing characteristics is proposed. The result is important to developing the effective protection technology of groundwater resources and eco-environment derogation.
