This paper puts forward a new way of capital operation suitable for group development to provide certain reference to capital operation management in state-owned coal enterprises after studying the status of capital operation management in state-owned enter prises, particularly giving the capital operation status and strategic positioning in A group, and analyzing internal and external surround ings of its capital operation.
