摘要
神华黄骅港航道工程是长期的、大型的疏浚项目,传统疏浚管理模式在黄骅港有一定的局限性,经过多年的实践和探索,采用扁平式日常管理、数字化精确管理、全方位监控管理相结合的管理模式,实现了黄骅港疏浚的高效率、精细化、全方位、高质量,走出了一条具有黄骅港特色的疏浚管理新模式。
Channel engineering of Shenhua Huanghua port is long-term, large dredging project. The traditional dredging management mode in Huanghua port has certain limitation. After many years of exploration and practice, the combining management pattern of fiat daily management, digital precise management and comprehensive monitoring management is effective in Huanghua port. High efficient, sophisticated, comprehensive, and high-quality dredging is realized with the pattern that the new dredging management pattern with the characteristics of Huanghua oort.
