广西某锡选厂提高枱浮摇床回收率的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 广西某选厂处理的矿石属于复杂锡多金属矿,随着锡石矿资源的不断开采,原矿品位有所变化,部分工艺不再适应该矿石性质,导致锡石回收率有所下降。因此,该选厂通过调整枱浮尾矿回收工艺,采用螺旋溜槽代替扇形溜槽回收枱浮尾矿,同时对枱浮尾矿贫富分磨工艺进行优化,减少了锡石的过粉碎,枱浮摇床锡回收率提高了1.50%,年创经济效益1 200万元。 The ore of a Guangxi plant belongs to the complex polymetallic tin deposit.With the continuous exploitation of tin quarry resources,the grade of ore varies and the process did not adapt to the ore charicristics,which led to a decline of cassiterite recovery.Therefore,the plant recycles the tailings through adjusting table floating tailings recovery process with replacing sector chute with the spiral chute,optimizing tailings table floating and grinding process,which reduced the pulverization of cassiterite and made table floating shaker tin recovery rate increased by 1.50% and received annual economic benefit of 12 million Yuan.
