摘要 研究了硫酸铵法提取高铁铝土矿中的铝、铁新工艺。采用X射线衍射分析和电镜分析,对原料的物相和形貌进行表征。采用硫酸铵焙烧法提取高铁铝土矿中的有价组元,高铁铝土矿中的铝、铁均能与硫酸铵体系反应,铝反应的最终产物为NH4Al(SO4)2,铁反应的最终产物为NH4Fe(SO4)2,试验考查了不同条件对铝、铁提取率的影响,结果表明:采用两段法焙烧可有效提高铝、铁提取率,硫酸铵与铝土矿质量比为3.5,300℃恒温50 min后450℃恒温焙烧30 min,铝、铁提取率分别可达90.20%和87.60%。 Novel process for extraction of Al and Fe from the highiron bauxite using ammonium sulfate was investigated.The phase structure and microstructure of raw materials were characterized by XRay diffraction( XRD) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM).The mixture of bauxite and ammonium sulfate was roasted,and the roasted product was investigated with phase analysis.The results show that aluminum and iron ores could react with ammonium sulfate system,and NH4Al(SO4)2 and NH4Fe(SO4)2 are the reaction resultants.The effects of various reaction conditions on the extraction rate were also investigated.The results show that when the amount of ammonium sulfate is 3.5 times as the mass of the bauxite,the extraction rate of aluminum and iron are 90.2% and 87.6% respectively at 300℃ for 50 mins and 450℃ for 30 mins.
