摘要
目的 回顾国内外关于失重 /模拟失重条件下体液相关激素变化的研究成果 ,提出今后本领域研究的建议。 资料来源与选择 国内外该领域的研究论文及综述、论著。 资料引用 引用国内外学术刊物上发表的论文及综述 19篇 ,论著 1本。 资料综合 回顾了近十年来国内外关于失重 /模拟失重下儿茶酚胺类激素、心房利钠尿肽、肾素 -血管紧张素 -醛固酮系统、抗利尿激素、促肾上腺皮质激素和皮质醇的研究进展 ,并简要探讨了各激素变化的意义及影响因素。指出了存在问题并提出今后在此方面开展研究的建议。 结论 航天活动中体液相关激素的变化是引起立位耐力不良的重要原因之一。
Objective To summarize changes of volume regulating hormones under weightlessness/simulated weightlessness,and put forward suggestions for future research in this field. Literature resource and selection Research papers,reviews and written research reports in this field. Literature quotation 19 published papers and 1 written research reports were cited. Literature synthesis The focal points of this paper were the changes of catecholamine, atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), renin angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS),antidiuretic hormone(ADH), adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol. The implication and influence factors of these changes were briefly discussed. The problems and strategy of future research in this area were pointed out. Conclusions Changes of volume regulating hormones during space flight may play an important role in orthostatic intolerance.
