This paper expounds the main problems of steel structure industry at present from a strategic height,points out that the steel structure enterprises are generally lack of effective management,lack of professional management and professional and technical personnel,and technical standard coverage is limited are the important reasons of steel structure industry technical management confusion.China Welding Construction Association should make full use of human resources in the light of its general trend,association,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,the countermeasures of,give full play to the role.
