摘要
秦山核电二期扩建工程4号核岛安全壳钢衬里焊缝总长42 396.1 m,除车间预制的板拼接焊缝采用埋弧焊、锚固钉采用螺柱焊外,其余为焊条电弧焊,现场安装焊缝主要为焊条电弧焊;焊工劳动强度较大,作业条件较差,特别是穹顶拼装阶段,作业场所气温可高达40℃以上,给焊接质量保证带来一定的困难。介绍了秦山核电二期扩建工程4号核岛安全壳钢衬安装焊接活动中的质量保证,以及核安全文化建设在焊接保证中起到的作用。
In Qinshan nuclear power phase Ⅱ expansion project,there is 42 396.1 meter length weld seam on 4 nuclear containment steel lining,it adapts butt joint for the prefabricated workpiece used by submerged arc welding,stud welding for stud anchor,and the rest for shielded metal arc welding.The welding on-site mainly adapts shielded metal arc welding with large labor intensity,poor operation condition.During the dome assembly stage,the workplace ambient temperature can be as high as more than 40 ℃,welding quality assurance has brought certain difficulties,this paper introduces the quality assurance of welding activities in Qinshan nuclear power phase ii expansion project of 4 nuclear containment steel liner,as well as the nuclear safety culture construction plays a role in welding guarantee.
