摘要
海洋石油海底管线是将油气从海洋平台输送至陆地的主要途径,而管线内油气含高温、高压、酸性腐蚀介质严重威胁管线安全。双金属复合海管由于耐腐蚀和成本低的特性,成为海底管线的更优选择,其施工关键技术一直被国外公司垄断。我国首条双金属复合海管崖城13-4项目位于南中国海,全长22.5 km,输送油气含高温、高压、酸性CO2、H2S腐蚀介质,海油工程公司自主开发的双金属复合海管海上铺设关键技术成功打破国外技术垄断,填补国内技术空白,提升我国海洋工程施工核心技术实力,保证石油安全,对降低海底管线综合成本具有重要意义。
Offshore oil pipelines are the main ways of oil and gas from the offshore platform is transported to the land,and the pipeline of oil and gas in high temperature,high pressure,containing acid corrosion medium,a serious threat to the safety of pipeline.The double metal composite pipeline due to the resistance of corrosion and low cost characteristics,become a better selection of subsea pipelines,the construction of key technologies have been monopolized by foreign companies.China's first double metal composite pipeline Yacheng 13-4 project is located in the South China Sea,a total length of 22.5 km,transporting oil and gas containing high temperature,high pressure,acid CO2,H2S corrosion medium,CNOOC engineering company independent development of double metal composite pipe laying sea sea key technology,successfully broke the monopoly of foreign technology,to fill the blank of domestic technology,improve the strength of the core technology of China ocean engineering construction,to ensure oil security,which is important to reduce the comprehensive cost of submarine pipeline.
