30万m^3高炉煤气柜主要部件的焊接

摘要 煤气柜是一种较为特殊且柜体为圆筒和球面拱型活塞的钢结构,其主要特点是:密封性能好、吞吐量大、运行速度快、运行周期长、维护费用少且环保等优点,一年节约水电、减少维修费用等约110余万元以上,煤气放散每降0.5%就可产生210余万元的价值,经济效益和社会效益显著。煤气柜构件制造精度要求高,需要专用机加工设备,焊接量大,且因构件多为薄板,不易控制焊接变形。在工程中开展全面质量管理,进行了全过程管理而获得成功。 The gas tank is a kind of relatively special and cabinet put oneself in another's position of piston type cylinder and sphere arch steel structure,its main features are:the sealing performance is good,large throughput,speed quick,long operation cycle,less maintenance cost and environmental advantages of saving water and electricity,reduce maintenance costs and so on about a year more than 110 ten thousand yuan of above,the gas radiation can produce more than 210 ten thousand yuan every 0.5% of value,economic benefit and social benefit is remarkable.Components manufacture high accuracy.Need to equip special machine processing equipment.Large amount of welding,and by the size of components for sheet,not easy to control welding deformation.Total quality management in the project,the whole process management and achieve success.
