摘要 采用红外热像仪实时检测惯性摩擦焊接过程中接头的表面温度场。结合热电偶测温和红外测温,对FGH96高温合金的发射率进行标定,从而较准确地设定发射率,减少测温误差。在惯性摩擦焊接的不同阶段,对接头表面温度的轴向变化规律进行分析,并探讨了焊接工艺参数对接头表面轴向中点热循环的影响。 The joint surface temperature field is measured in real time by the thermal infrared imager during the inertia friction welding process.Combined thermocouple thermometry and infrared thermometry,the emissivity of FGH96 superalloy is calibrated to set it exactly and reduce the temperature measurement error.In different stages of inertia friction welding the axial changes of the joint surface temperature field are analyzed.And the influence of the welding parameters on thermal cycle of joint surface axial midpoint is studied.
