碳钢/不锈钢复合管封焊接头断裂性分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于碳钢基体/不锈钢内衬复合管两种材料间存在着一定性能差异的特点,对碳钢/不锈钢复合管封焊接头断裂性能进行了分析。针对复合管成型特点,采用两次腐蚀、分别拍照的方法,对接头各区域微观组织、封焊层与不锈钢所形成的焊缝形貌以及两层材料间存在的微米级间隙进行了分析。结果表明,由于不锈钢和碳钢之间存在间隙,而封焊层组织晶粒取向相高度一致,因而具有较高的裂纹敏感性。碳钢/不锈钢复合管接头如不改进封焊层金属组织成分、凝固方法和封焊位置,则封焊部位极有可能成为后续焊接过程中的裂纹起源位置。 Facing a certain difference of properties between carbon steel base and stainless steel liner composite pipe,the fracture properties of carbon steel/stainless steel composite pipe joint is analyzed.Facing the characteristics during the composite pipe forming,using the method of twice corrosion and take photos respectively,the microstructure of every region on joint,the weld appearance formed by seal welding and stainless steel,as well as the micron gap between the two materials are anlyzed.The result shows that the seal welding material has a relatively high crack sensitivity due to the gap between stainless steel and carbon steel as well as the intense uniformity of crystal orientation.The region of seal welding on the carbon steel/stainless steel composite pipe joint is likely to be the crack initiation point if there are no improve for the composition of seal welding metal,the solidification method and the seal welding location.
