摘要
35CrMo钢是一种以Cr和Mo作为强化元素的低合金高强钢,广泛应用于制造承受冲击、弯扭、高载荷的各种机器中的重要零件。35CrMo钢属于中碳调质钢,焊接性较差,因此有必要对其焊接性进行研究。本试验对厚度为16 mm的35CrMo调质钢分别采用CHE857XX焊条和CHE757XX焊条进行焊接,并对获得的接头的微观组织和力学性能进行分析测试。力学性能测试表明:用CHE857XX焊接的试样接头强度和硬度均高于CHE757XX。
35CrMo high-strength low-alloy steel which use Cr and Mo as the strengthening element,has widely used in manufacture as the important parts of various machines in order to withstand impact,bending and torsion,high-load.35CrMo steel is tempered carbon quenched steel so that its weldability is poor.It is necessary to study its weldability.16 mm 35CrMo is welded with CHE857XX and CHE757XX weld material.The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints are analyzed and tested respectively.The strength and hardness of the CHE857XX joint is higher than that of the CHE757XX joint due to the different microstructure.
