鲎法用于输血用枸橼酸钠注射液的检测

The study of tachyplens Amebocyte Lysate (TAL) for pyrogen detection in soclium citrate injection for transfusion

目的 探讨一种简便、快速、灵敏的检测方法。方法 采用鲎法检测细菌内毒素。结果 取 10批经家兔法热原合格的枸橼酸钠注射液进行比较 ,二者结果吻合。结论 枸橼酸钠注射液可根据鲎试剂灵敏度进行稀释后通过加强抑制试验验证可行后 ,用鲎法做热原的初筛试验 。

Objective:To study a rapid and sensitive method with TAL for bacterial endotoxin detection.Motheds: TAL was used to detect endotoxins in the ten batches of sodium citrate injection for transfusion that had been proved proper by the Rabbit Method.Results: There was not any difference between the method of TAL and the rabbit mothed.Conclusion:After dilution of the soclium citrate injection for transfusion in accordance with the sensitivity of TAL and proved feasibee by booster inhibition test, the pyrogen can be detected with the method of TAL but must be justfied by the rabbit method when pyrogen is positive
