摘要
MPM焊具有高效、优质、节能、自动化程度高、工人劳动强度低等特点,在锅炉膜式壁焊接领域应用前景广阔。然而,由于焊接工艺控制不当,焊接过程中极易出现气孔、飞溅等缺陷,一直以来都制约着其发展。针对锅炉膜式水冷壁MPM焊中出现焊接飞溅过大的缺陷,从焊接材料、保护气体组分、电源特性、熔滴过渡形式等方面进行分析,着重分析了以短路过渡形式进行焊接时,焊接飞溅产生的影响因素。并针对上述影响因素分别阐述了减少飞溅的工艺措施。
MPM welding has broad prospects in the field of boiler membrane welding for its high efficiency,quality,energy-saving,high automation and low labor intensity of workers etc.However,because of inappropriate control of welding procedure,blowholes,welding spatter are easily existed during welding,which always restricts its development.Since there are some defects happened during MPM welding in membrane water wall,this paper analyzes this problem from welding material,components of shielding gas,characteristics of power source and ways of metal transfer.And it also puts great emphasis on analyzing the influence factors of welding spatter during welding by the way of short-circuiting.Technology measures on reducing welding spatter are stated according to the influence factors above.
