锦氨针织物吸湿排汗整理的耐洗性研究 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了吸湿排汗整理的原理及评估方法。通过滴水法、毛细效应法以及水分干燥损失率测试吸湿排汗整理织物的耐洗性,探讨了定形温度、定形时间、吸湿排汗剂DM-3741用量、pH值及其他助剂的选择等影响耐洗性因素。结果表明,提高锦氨针织物吸湿排汗整理耐洗性效果的最佳工艺处方为:特软吸湿排汗剂DM-3741用量50 g/L,酸性固色剂DM-2539G用量10 g/L,OK油用量2 g/L,工作液的pH值调为4.5。 This paper introduces the principle of moisture absorption and perspiration treatment and its evalua- tion methods. It discusses the influencing factors, such as washing resistance, setting temperature, setting time, the consumption of moisture absorption and perspiration treatment agent DM3741, pH, the selection of additives and so on, through testing its washing resistance by drop test, capillary effect test, and loss ratio of water after being dried. Experimental results in the optimal conditions that can improve the washing resistance are moisture absorption and perspiration treatment 50 g/L, acid color fixing agent DM-2539G 10 g/L, OK oil 2 g/L, and pH 4.5.
