Comfort Evaluation When Wearing Hat in Summer

摘要 针对夏季高温气候条件,选择麦秸杆、Coolplus两种试验材料、3种帽子款式作为试样,通过暖体假人试验和人体试验,对人体头部不同着装状态下的舒适性进行了评价。结果表明:夏季头部配戴帽子之后,一方面对体温调节系统具有正面影响,但同时也可能存在着负面影响;夏季所使用的帽子应当选用帽体为白色或淡色、表面光滑的材料,且材料热传导率适中,透气、吸湿、透湿、干燥性良好,如针织面料;并在帽体上配有适当的换气孔,保持头部与帽子之间留有适当的空隙,确保人体头部热量的蒸发散热,避免头部经常性的持续高温、高湿。 Aiming at the high temperature in summer, this paper selects wheat straw, Coolplus as test materials and 3 kinds of hat styles as test samples. This paper evaluates the comfortability of heads under different wearing conditions by thermal manikin tests and body tests. The results show that after wearing a hat in summer, it has a positive effect on human's temperature regulation system, but still has a possibility of negative effect. It is better to choose white or light color hats to wear in summer. And the material for hats should have a smooth surface, mod- erate thermal conductivity, good ventilation, moisture absorption, moisture permeability and aridity. Knitted fabric is a good choice. It is better to provide loopholes in the hat and it can keep a proper gap between the head and the hat, so it can ensure the normal evaporation heat of head and avoid continuously high temperature and high hu- midity of head.
