摘要 目的:研制并介绍一种新型体液生物信息光纤动态检测系统。方法:采用光纤传感探头结构,通过留置于人体内或体外的较薄皮肤进行微血管内血液的参数或其他体液参数的采集、检测,得到光谱信息,并与预先储存的标准光谱信息参数进行比较,从而得出异于标准的体液成分。结果:该系统应用于临床,可对人体体液(包括血液)进行检测,获取患者体液较为全面的信息;同时,适用于微血管内血液参数的检测,了解患者产生病变的过程。结论:采用该系统可实时了解人体的病理、生理状态,对指导糖尿病等疾病的早期诊治提供重要信息。 Objective To study and introduce a novel body fluid bioinformation fiber dynamic testing system. Methods A fiber sensing probe was indwelled into the thin skin to collect and detect the parameters of the blood or other body fluids in the micro vessel, then the acquired spectral information was compared with the preserved standard one to determine the abnormal components. Results The system could be used clinically for body fluids detetion, and also for the blood detection in the micro vessel to understand the progress of the disease. Conolusion The body fluid bioinformation fiber dynamic testing system behaves well in the detection of pathological and physical status, and thus is of great significance for the early diagnoses of diabetes and etc.
