血液透析装置检测仪温度校准方法设计与研究

Design and Study on Temperature Calibration Method for Detector of Haemodialysis Equipment

目的:研究一种适合血液透析装置检测仪温度检测系统校准溯源的方法,提高血液净化质量效果。方法:采用对比法,将血液透析装置检测仪和标准水银温度计测量数值进行比较。结果:两者测量数值经修正后计算,误差在允许范围内。结论:透析液温度是保证血液净化质量的重要因素。为血液透析装置检测仪温度检测系统开展校准溯源,对进一步保障医疗质量安全具有重要意义。

Objective To propose a method for the calibration and traceability of the temperature detection system for the haemodialysis equipment detector. Methods The temperature measurement by the haemodialysis equipment detector was compared with that by the mercury thermometer.Results The measurements by the detector and thermometer had their errors acceptable after correction, and thus the method was fit for temperature measuring and tracing.Conolusion Dialysate temperature is an important factor to ensure the quality of blood purification. It is vitally important to further guarantee medical quality and safety to carry out the calibration of haemodialysis equipment detector temperature system.
