不同体部定位架在胸腹部肿瘤放疗摆位中的重复性分析

Repeatability Analysis of Different Body Fixation Boards for Radiotherapy Set-up of Chest or Abdomen Cancers

目的:探讨不同体部固定架在胸腹部肿瘤放疗摆位中的重复性和精确性。方法:将50例胸腹部肿瘤放疗患者随机分成碳纤维中空体部定位架组(24例)和多功能一体化碳纤维定位体架组(26例),在放疗前均拍摄射野验证片以了解摆位的重复性,并比较2组之间的差异。结果:多功能一体化碳纤维定位体架组与碳纤维中空体部定位架组相比,射野中心点在X和Y方向上的偏差存在显著差异(P<0.05),但在Z方向上的偏差无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:与碳纤维中空体部定位架定位技术相比,多功能一体化碳纤维定位体架定位技术精确度高、重复性好。

Objective To investigate the repeatability and accuracy of the different body fixation boards for the radiotherapy set-up of the chest or abdomen cancers. Methods Fifty chest or abdomen cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy were divided into two groups, of whom, there were 24 ones in the group with hollow carbon fiber body fixation board, and 26 ones in the group with multi-function integrated carbon fiber body fixation board. Before radiotherapy, portal films were taken to understand the repeatability of the set-up, and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results There was significant difference in the deviations of central field points in the X and Y orientation between the two groups with P〈0.05, while no difference in Z orientation with P〉O.05. Conolusion Multi-function integrated carbon fiber body fixation board behaves better in the accuracy and repeatability than hollow carbon fiber body fixation board.
