数字化建设推进医院内涵发展的探索与实践

Promotion of Hospital Connotation by Digital Construction

目的:探索数字化建设对推进医院内涵发展的路径与效果。方法:提出科学确立数字化设计原则、创新设计数字化架构体系及全力夯实数字化建设基础等策略,构建以数字化管理、数字化门诊、数字化病区、数字化辅诊及数字化支撑保障为主线的新平台。结果:医院实现了楼宇智能化、病历电子化、医疗网络化、办公自动化,整体信息化建设水平迈上新台阶。结论:打造了内涵建设"倍增器",促使医院的管理、技术和质量等内涵建设全面协调发展。

Objective To discuss approach and effect of digitalization for advancing hospital connotation. Methods Digital constructing strategies of scientific programming, innovative design and firm foundation were brought out, and a new platform which included digital management, digital outpatient, digital ward, digital auxiliary, digital support and etc was established. Results The intelligent building, electronic medical records, networked medical service and OA were realized, and holistic digital level of hospital was elevated to new altitude. Conolusion Digitalization makes the hospital advance roundly in management, technology, quality control and etc.
