摘要
鉴于人口老龄化问题日益严重,分析了不同养老保险方案下外生和内生人力资本对福利的影响。研究表明:在世代交叠模型中加入内生人力资本变量会弱化人力资本对福利的负面影响;当养老金缴费率不变时,将人力资本视为内生变量的福利损失达一生消费的5.5%,而视为外生变量情况下为12.6%;当养老金替代率保持不变时,内生人力资本情况下福利损失达一生消费的4.5%,外生人力资本情况下为8.8%。
As the issue of population aging is increasingly serious enous and exogenous human capital on welfare in diverse pension , this paper has attempted to study the impact of endog- insurance schemes. The results indicate that when the endogenous human capital is added into the overlapping generation models, the negative impact of human capital on wel- fare will be weakened. When the pension contribution rate is kept constant, the welfare loss with human capital as an endogenous variable amounts to 5.5 % of lifetime consumption, and that taking human capital as an exogenous variable reaches 12.6% correspondingly. When the pension contribution rate is kept constant, the welfare loss at the endogenous human capital condition amounts to 4.5 % of lifetime consumption and that at the exogenous human capital condition rea- ches 8.8% correspondingly.
