降低捣固焦炉单孔操作时间的措施

摘要 攀钢5.5m捣固焦炉单孔操作时间长,检修时间短,设备得不到及时维护,对生产造成严重影响。通过不断优化捣固程序和焦炉机械的运行,降低了单孔操作时间,提高了设备检修时间,设备得到正常维护,提高了捣固焦炉生产稳定性。 Since the 5.5m stamp-charge battery of Panzhihua Iron & Steel has a long operating time for single oven which would inevitably shorten the necessary maintenance time and jeopardize the production. In this paper, the ceaseless optimization of stamping programming and coke oven machin- ery operating would produce a shortened single oven operating time,prolonged maintenance time and improved production stability for stamp-charge battery.
