改变空气导入方式对干熄焦系统的影响

Impact of changing air import method to CDQ system

结合干熄焦的实际生产操作,对空气导入方法进行分析、改进,提出强制导入与自然吸入相结合的导入方式。改进后,有效地缓解了预存室压力波动和锅炉入口压力波动,对干熄焦生产起到了稳定的作用。

This paper, from perspective of actual combining natural inhale and forcible import after production by minimizing the pressure fluctuation CDQ production, proposed an air import method analysis and upgrading,which could benefit CDQ at pre-chamber and inlet of waste heat boiler.
