用吊顶法更换干熄炉斜道“牛腿”砖

Replacement of “bracket”bricks at connecting duct of CDQ chamber by suspension method

介绍了190t/h干熄炉年修更换破损的斜道"牛腿"砖时首次使用吊顶法的技术方案、施工过程及措施。实践证明,吊顶法可防止拆除"牛腿"砖时上部砌体下沉、拉裂、崩塌,适用于"牛腿"砖损坏较多需大面积更换的情况。

This paper introduced the initial application and construction of suspension method for replacement of the damaged ＂bracket＂ bricks in the 190t/h CDQ chamber,which verified that the suspension method can prevent the upper brickwork from settling, cracking and collapsing during demolition of largely damaged ＂bracket＂ bricks.
