CdS纳米粒子的水热法制备及性能研究

摘要 以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为表面修饰剂,采用水热法制备了粒径较均匀的CdS纳米粒子.经X射线衍射和紫外可见光谱分析表明,该纳米粒子为六方晶型,并呈现出明显的量子尺寸效应,通过调整反应条件可以得到不同大小的CdS纳米粒子.同时,PVP的表面吸附作用不仅能抑制CdS纳米粒子的团聚,而且还能修饰纳米粒子的表面缺陷,使得CdS纳米粒子具有良好的光学性能. With polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as the surface modification agent, the CdS nanoparticles with uniform particle size were prepared by a hydrothermal method. The X- ray diffraction and UV- VIS spectroscopic analysis showed that the nanoparticles are hexagonal, and present obvious quantum size effect. By adjusting the reaction conditions, CdS nanoparticles with different sizes can be obtained. At the same time, the PVP surface adsorption function can not only inhibit the agglomeration of CdS nanoparticles, but also modify the nanoparticles' surface defects, making CdS nanoparticles have good optical performance.
