摘要
为了有效提高玄武岩纤维表面对沥青的吸附力,将玄武岩纤维表面通过硅烷偶联剂处理后,使纤维表面与偶联剂之间形成Si-O-Si键的同时形成一层亲有机薄膜,使其与沥青具有较好的亲和性.并对掺入玄武岩纤维的沥青混合料进行了研究.结果表明,在沥青混合料中掺入一定比例的玄武岩短切纤维,能使混合料的稳定度提高、流值增大.
For effectively improving the adsorption capacity of basalt fiber surface towards asphalt, the fiber surface is treated with coupling agent to form the Si-O-Si bond and a layer of hydrophilic organic thin film, thus the basalt fiber has better affinity to asphalt after the treatment. The asphalt mixture with the incorporation of basalt fiber has been studied, and the result shows that the stability and flow value of the asphalt mixture could be improved by adding certain proportion of short basalt fiber to it.
