The Study on Application of Fast Detection in Food Safety Regulation

对快速检测在食品安全综合监管中的应用进行了研究。对全国首批"国家食品安全示范县区"大连市金州区2007年至2010年在食品安全综合监管过程中的蔬菜中农药残留、熟肉制品中的亚硝酸盐、食醋中的游离矿酸进行快速定性检测,在现场对样品进行筛查,对阳性结果样品再送实验室用大型精密仪器进行进一步的确证和定量分析。结果表明食品快速检测技术具有结果准确可信、设备便携、操作简单,对技术人员专业性要求较低等特点,能为食品综合监管节约时间和费用。因此,在食品安全检测需求日益增加的今天,食品安全快速检测技术在食品安全监管中具有广阔的应用前景。

In this study,application of fast detection of in food safety general regulation was studied.The pesticide residue in vegetable,nitrite in meat product and mineral acid in acetic acid was fast detected in the process of general regulating the market of National Food Safety Demonstration County in Jinzhou District DaLian between 2007 and 2010.Then the samples was detected on the spot,and the samples showed positive results then detected by precise instruments.The results showed that,fast detection technology as a accurate,simply operating,with portable equipment,low requirements for technical staff can save a lot of money and time for food regulatory authorities.So the increasingly demand of food safety testing,food safety rapid detection technology have broad application prospects in food safety regulating.
