双菌混合发酵产蛋白酶条件的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本试验通过探究黑曲霉单菌发酵培养与黑曲霉和木霉混合发酵培养产蛋白酶的活性比较,从发酵反应温度和装液量2方面比较混菌培养对产酶活性的影响。试验发现,在40℃下混菌发酵所产酶活力比单菌发酵所产酶活力高4.8U/mL,装液量为50mL时混菌的酶活高出单菌的酶活5.1U/mL。试验表明木霉与黑曲霉混合培养产酶是可行的,并优于单一菌种培养。
