摘要
湿法消解样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了地木耳中的Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn、Na、K、Co等9种元素的含量。各元素标准曲线的相关系数在0.9983-0.9999之间,加标回收率在95.5%-104-5%,相对标准偏差RSD在0.89%-3.45%之间。结果表明,地木耳中含有丰富的人体必需元素,具有很高的营养价值。
The sample were treated by HNO3-HCIO4 system, and nine elements of Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn, Na, K and Co in Nostoc commune vauch by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The standard relative curve coefficients of nine mineral elements range from 0.998 3-0.999 9. The recovery in the range of 95.5 %-104.5 %, the RSD between 0.89 %-3.45 % .The experimental result indicates that Nostoc commune vauch has full of metallic element which human body need, and has rather high nutrient value.
