摘要 分析云南西双版纳产的姜科豆蔻属九翅豆蔻和阳春砂仁两种植物的茎叶的挥发性成分。建立了同时蒸馏萃取GC/MS法对这两种植物茎叶的挥发性成分进行分析,并探讨了阳春砂仁茎叶与其果实挥发性成分的差异。结果表明,从两种植物中共分离鉴定了96个挥发性成分,主要是烯类及其衍生物。其中,九翅豆蔻和阳春砂仁的主要成分都是蒎烯,前者的百分含量达76.50%,后者为57.39%。两种豆蔻属植物的茎叶中含有多种活性成分,阳春砂仁茎叶的挥发性成分与果实的挥发性成分区别较大。 To analyse volatile compounds in Amomum maximum and Amomum villosum Lour. GC-MS was set up to analyse volatile compounds of two plants in Amomum obtained by SDE, and discussed their differences. 96 volatile compounds were isolated and identified from the two plants, mainly are alkenes and their derivatives, besides, main components in A momum maximum and A momum villosum Lour are pinene, the relative percentage of the former is 76.50 %, the latter was 57.39 %. There were lots of active ingredients in the two plants, and they were similar, but the content of each component was different.
