3DGIS-based Refined Management of Reservoir Safety

为了不断提高水库生产安全的保障能力,应用精细化理念将水库安全生产任务和责任层层分解为安全管理类别、项目、单元、要素等层次,并基于3DGIS平台进行集成,系统具有信息感知与汇集、信息服务、安全预警发布等功能,有效消除了安全管理盲区,提高了安全监管的时效性,促进了安全由条块管理向体系管理过度,由金字塔式的安全管理模式向扁平化安全管理模式转变。

In order to continuously improve reservoir safety, refined reservoir managemem is applied to breaking down tasks and responsibilities to levels such as categories, projects, units and elements, which are integrated based on 3DGIS platform. The system has functions of information perception and collection, information services and early warning, effectively eliminating blind spots in safety management, improving the timeliness of safety supervision, and promoting the transformation of safety management from segmental to systematical, from a pyramid mode to a flat one.
