iDose^4迭代重建在回顾性心电门控主动脉CT血管成像中的应用 被引量:4

Application of iDose^4 Iterative Reconstruction Technique in Retrospective ECG-Gated Aortic CT Angiography

摘要 目的评价iDose4迭代重建在回顾性心电门控主动脉CT血管成像(CTA)低辐射剂量扫描中的价值。方法搜集37例回顾性心电门控主动脉CTA检查的患者,其中18例采用常规剂量扫描(A组),19例采用低剂量扫描(B组)。A组采用滤波反投影重建技术,B组除采用滤波反投影外,还采用iDose4迭代重建技术。分析所有图像质量并计算其辐射剂量。结果与A组比较,B组的iDose46水平重建噪声低、对比信噪比高;在B组中,iDose46水平重建较滤波反投影及iDose4其他水平重建噪声低、对比信噪比高、主观评分高;B组的有效辐射剂量较A组降低了约38.5%。结论 iDose46水平重建技术可以在回顾性心电门控主动脉CTA中降低辐射剂量的同时提高图像质量。 Objective To detect the value of iDose4 iterative reconstruction (IR) technique in retrospective ECG ga ted thoracoabdominal aortic CT angiography (CTA) with low radiation dose. Methods 37 patients underwent clinically indicated thoraeoabdminal aortic CTA were collected. 18 patients were scanned with a routine dose (group A) and 19 with a low dose (group B). The group A was reconstructed by filtered backprojection (FBP) reconstruction technique. The group B was reconstructed by FBP reconstruction and iDose4 IR technique. All images were evaluated and the effective radi ation dose was calculated. Results Compared with the group A, level 6 of iDose4 IR technique for group B resulted in low image noise and high CNR. In group B, level 6 of iDose4 IR technique resulted in low image noise, high CNR and high score of subjective evaluation on image quality. The average effective dose of the group B was about 38.5% lower than that of group A. Conclusion Level 6 of iDose4 IR technique can improve image quality and reduce radiation dose simultane ously in retrospective ECG gated thoraeoabdominal aortic CTA.
