CT Features of Ganglioneuroma

目的分析节细胞神经瘤的CT表现特点,提高节细胞神经瘤CT诊断的准确性。方法搜集17例经手术病理证实为节细胞神经瘤患者的临床、CT资料,回顾性分析和总结节细胞神经瘤的CT表现特征。结果 17例节细胞神经瘤均为单发病灶,位于纵隔5例,腹膜后3例,肾上腺3例,腹腔2例,脊柱旁2例,颈部1例,盆腔1例。位于纵隔及脊柱旁者病灶均表现为上下径>左右径及前后径。CT平扫肿瘤密度多均匀,5个病灶内可见散在"点"状或"小片"状钙化,增强扫描肿瘤轻度强化或无强化。结论节细胞神经瘤在CT像上具有一定特征,认识其特征性表现有助于提高CT诊断的准确率。

Objective To evaluate the CT characteristics of ganglioneuroma and to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods Clinical and CT images of 17 patients with histologically proved ganglioneuroma were analyzed retrospectively. additionally, CT findings were summarized. Results All eases appeared as solitary lesion, in which 5 cases were located in the mediastinum, 3 cases in the retroperitoneum, 3 cases in the adrenal gland, 2 cases in the enterocoelia ,2 cases near the spine , 1 ease in the cervicalregion and 1 case in the pelvic. Located in the mediastinum and near the spine showed ver tical diameter greater than the transverse diameter and horizontal diameter. The lesions appeared homogeneous density on Unenhanced CT images. 5 lesions showed scattered and patchy cafilications. There were non enhancement or mild to mod erate homogeneous or heterogeneous enhancement on enhanced CT. Conclusion Ganglioneuroma has some imaging fea tures on CT, which is helpful for improving the CT diagnosis.
