肾上腺囊性淋巴管瘤CT表现(附二例报告及文献复习)

CT Findings of Cystic Adrenal Lymphangioma( Report of Two Cases and Literature Review)

目的分析肾上腺囊性淋巴管瘤的CT表现,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析2例经手术及病理证实的腺囊性淋巴管瘤CT表现并复习相关文献。结果 CT表现为肾上腺形态不规则低密度,部分病变呈多囊结构,密度不均匀,囊壁和间隔可见形态多样的钙化灶,增强扫描囊壁及间隔轻度强化。1例呈类圆形囊性低密度影;另1例有间隔,囊壁见钙化;增强扫描2例囊壁均有强化,1例间隔有强化。结论肾上腺囊性淋巴管瘤CT表现具有一定特征,术前可作出定性诊断,能为临床治疗及预后提供重要依据。

Objective To analyze CT findings of cystic adrenal lymphangioma （CAL）. Methods CT findings of two patients with CAL proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively, and literatures of CAL were reviewed and imaging characters were summarized. Results CAL showed irregular low density lesions. Some lesions were multiple cyst ic, heterogeneous density with diversity calcification that was observed in the septa and the cystic walls on CT plain scan. The lesions showed mild enhancement in the septa and cystic walls on contrastenhanced images. The lesion showed round like low density in case 1, CAL displayed the septa with cystic wall calcification in case 2. After injection of iodinated con trast material, two lesions showed mild enhancement in cystic wall ,one lesion in the septa. Conclusion CT findings of CAL have certain characteristics. Preoperative CT examination is elpful for diagnosis and differentiate diagnosis, which play an important role in therapy and prognosis.
