利罗温敏凝胶用于带状疱疹后神经痛的治疗

Thermosensitive gel of lidocaine mixed with ropivacaine used in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的观察利罗温敏凝胶用于带状疱疹后神经痛（PHN）的止痛效果。方法将盐酸利多卡因和盐酸罗哌卡因组成复方，制成温敏凝胶；选择PHN老年患者25例，于疼痛局部皮肤涂布该制剂，随访记录疗效。结果患者涂布该制剂后，视觉模拟评分由治疗前的8～10降至2～6，涂布1次即可维持无痛2h左右。结论利罗温敏凝胶对PHN的止痛效果肯定。

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of thermosensitive gel of lidocaine mixed with ropivacaine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods The thermosensitive gel was made of lidocaine hydrochloride mixed with ropivacaine hydrochloride. Twenty five patients with PHN were painted with the termosensitive gel on painful local area repeatedly when needed, and the patients were followed up and the efficacy were recorded. Results Visual analogue scale （VAS） was reduced from 8 - 10 to 2 - 6 in all patients. The painless can he maintained around 2 h after paint- ing one time. Conclusion Thermosensitive gel of lidocaine mixed with ropivacaine is effective in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
