老年重症感染合并多器官功能不全救治成功1例

Successful rescue of an elderly patient with severe infection complicated with multiple organ dysfunction

笔者成功抢救1例重症感染合并多器官功能不全的85岁男性患者。根据文献报道和笔者的临床经验，在导致多器官功能不全的众多原因中肺部感染最为常见。老年人肺部感染诱发多器官功能衰竭预后不佳，随着患者年龄增大、功能衰竭器官数目增多，病死率增高。该例的救治成功，非常不易。临床针对此类患者，老年人肺部感染的诊断，早期、动态评估，合理的综合治疗是关键。

We reported a successful rescue of severe infection with multiple organ dysfunction in a 85-year-old male patient in this article. According to literatures and our own clinical experience, the most common cause leading to multiple organ dysfunction is lung infection. Elderly patients suffering from lung infection-induced multiple organ failure commonly have poor prognosis. What＇s more, with the increase in patient＇s age, the number of failured organ and mortality were elevated. It was quite difficult to rescue this case. For such patients, diagnosis of lung infection, early and dynamic assessment, and rational comprehensive therapy are key points to achieve successful rescue.
