企业新生代员工离职的原因及其对策浅析 被引量:6

摘要 近年来企业新生代员工主动离职率较高,究其原因,主要可从企业组织环境、企业新生代员工管理、新生代员工自身特质三方面进行探讨。另外,通过个性化招聘、提供施展才能的特色岗位、加强管理沟通、实施个性化激励、明确授权和设计个人职业发展与企业发展双赢的职业生涯规划等方面对其提出对策建议。
