扫描电镜下观察液压扩张对动脉内皮细胞的作用 被引量:2

Influence of hydraulic dilation on the artery endothelial cells: a scanning electron microscopic observation

摘要 目的 在扫描电镜下观察不同压力的液压扩张对动脉内皮细胞的分布、排列与形态结构的影响。方法 选用新西兰大白兔 2 4只 ,对其颈总动脉用不同压力 [(30 0、6 0 0、90 0mmHg) ,1mmHg =0 .133kPa]的生理盐水进行液压扩张 ,分别在液压扩张后 3、7、14d作扫描电镜观察。结果 压力为 30 0mmHg时 ,扩张后即刻检测 ,10 %内皮细胞脱落与内皮下层裸露 ;扩张后 7d ,内皮细胞修复完整。压力为 6 0 0mmHg时 ,扩张后即刻检测 ,近 1/ 3的内皮细胞有脱落与内皮下层裸露 ;扩张后 3d内皮细胞开始再生 ;扩张后 7d内皮细胞再生活跃。压力为 90 0mmHg时 ,扩张后即刻检测 ,内皮细胞丢失严重 ,残余内皮细胞排列不齐 ;扩张后 2周内皮细胞才有明显恢复 ,新生内皮细胞体积小于正常。结论  (1)内皮细胞的脱落随着液压扩张压力的增加而进一步加重 ,内皮下层裸露也广泛。 (2 )内皮细胞再生与液压扩张的压力有密切关系。 (3)动脉液压扩张的压力以不超过 30 Objective To study the effects of hydraulic dilation (HD) on distribution and structure of endothelial cells(EC) under scanning electron microscope(SEM). Methods Common carotid arteries of 24 New Zealand white rabbits were dilated with normal saline at 300, 600, 900 mmHg respectively. Observation was made on 3,7,14 days after hydraulic dilation under SEM. Results When the pressure was 300 mmHg, 10 % EC loss and subendothelial layer denuding was observed immediatly after the hydraulic dilation. The EC restored to normal 7 days later. When the pressure reached 600 mmHg, one third of the EC loss and subendothelial layer denuding was seen right after the hydraulic dilation. Regeneration of EC took place after 3 days and was active after 7 days. When the pressure rose to 900 mmHg, serious loss of the EC was checked after dilation with disorientation of remainder EC, significant recovery of EC occurred after 2 weeks. The size of the regenerating EC was smaller than that of the normal. Conclusions (1) Detachment of EC is more severe with the increase in hydraulic dilation pressure. Moreover, the subendothelial layer tends to be exposed. (2) The regeneration of EC is closely related to the pressure. (3) Arterial hydraulic dilation is safe when the pressure is controlled within 300 mmHg.
